Annual Meeting Information
NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
The Pilot Butte SCC Annual General Meeting will be held at Pilot Butte School on Wednesday, May 20th at 6:00 p.m.
The following position will be vacant for the 2026-2027 school year, for a two-year term:
- Chair
- Secretary
We are also looking for a Greenall Liaison (a parent who sits on the Greenall SCC and would be wiling to share some information with us), but this is not a voting position. If you would be interested in this role, please email Melodee Moore-Seitz at the email below.
The Pilot Butte School Community Council hereby calls for Nominations for Representative Parent and Community Members. The following statements define eligibility to run as a Representative Parent & Community Member:
- Parents of students who are enrolled in the school (including parents who do not reside within the attendance area of the school), and
- Electors who reside within the school attendance area
Note: These provisions do not limit or restrict the election or participation in voting of parents of students who are employed by the School Division and work in the particular school.
Nomination Forms are available at the Pilot Butte School Office and on our school website. They must be returned to the school office by 3:30 p.m. on Friday, May 18th.
